On May 30, 2011 SightPower Inc. joined the Microsoft start-up support program BizSpark.
The BizPark program was introduced by Microsoft to help start-up companies through the initial stages of their development. The BizSpark program has been active in Ukraine since 2008.
The objective of the collaboration of Microsoft and SightPower is to develop an effective methodology for processing large volumes of dispersed spatial data in cloud. In particular the methodology seeks to provide fast access, enable parallel data analysis and rapid visualization of results.
The methodology conception is based on the combination of MS Azure cloud technologies as well as the specialized features for data structuring and packaging which are currently in development at SightPower.
